Our Founders
Birdie Rose was founded in March 2025 by Vanessa Adcox and Jess Mioton—two fast friends turned business partners who brought their complementary strengths (and shared love of beauty, meaning and good stories) to life through a brand that feels as intentional as it is joyful.
Vanessa grew up in Los Angeles and spent her early years in the acting world before life led her to Tennessee, where she now lives with her husband and two kids on a farm just outside Nashville. A longtime jewelry maker and creative spirit, she brings hands-on artistry and soul to every design.
Jess was raised a military brat, calling everywhere from overseas bases to American suburbs home before planting deep roots in Nashville with her husband and three kids. With a background in finance, business and marketing, she brings big-picture thinking and grounded strategy to the heart of Birdie Rose.
Together, Vanessa and Jess balance each other out in the best ways. What started as a friendship quickly turned into a shared dream—one built on faith, family and the belief that everyday pieces can hold extraordinary meaning.
